L-2 Sturmovik (Ил-2 Штурмовик) is a WWII combat flight simulator video game, focused on the air battles of the Eastern Front. It is named after the Soviet Ilyushin Il-2 ground-attack fighter, which played a prominent role in this theatre and is the single most produced military aircraft design to date. Mine is at C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 Unpack the SAS Buttons file and place the buttons file in your MODS folder at Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\MODS\STD\gui\game Now download the new Aircraft Mod you want, unpack it and READ the readme file. IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 is now available to download free on Gamer. This is combat flight sim game. Whilst it can be confusing to get the hang of, this is a very fun game when you understand everything! Aircrafts marked with [M] are MODs, meaning that the specific A/C is present as flyable A/C only when the MOD-ed version of the game is installed. WARNING: The improper use of a MOD can render your original IL2-1946 game unfunctional. Use MODs only on a copy of the original game.
